Reza’s background and interests include consumer behavior, service design, and organizational management.

He has served organizations in different market segments as a manager, consultant, instructor, and coach. He has many years of experience analyzing consumer behavior and troubleshooting existing and future products and services.

In his work history, he cooperated with brands such as Samsung and LG in the technology sector, along with many areas such as telecommunication, software, healthcare, and Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), … in Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). As an analyst of innovative ideas in the USA, Reza helps entrepreneurs/inventors translate their ideas into feasible concepts, find investors (incubator, angel, venture capital), or develop their market.

Today, he is proud to be a member of HTN’s team of experts aiming to assist transportation authorities worldwide in transitioning from today’s disruptive traffic flow phenomena to a smooth and passenger-friendly mass transit ecosystem.
